Our Core Purpose is to remove complexity from the paving process by building intuitive, reliable equipment specific to each customer’s needs.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Create and maintain designs, layouts, drawings and documentation using SolidWorks.
• Must have experience with SolidWorks with dimensioning of parts, 2D and 3D Modeling.
• Understands the equations, calculations and written instructions from designers and engineers before beginning a CAD drawing.
• Create and Process Engineering Change Requests (ECR). Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to assess the impact of the changes.
• Maintain proper control over drawing revision levels and bills of material using PDM.
• Be proficient with business and engineering applications such as SolidWorks, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access experience is a plus.
• Ability to use SolidWorks in a milling, CNC machining or Plasma cutting environment is also a plus.
• Database experience with software like job boss, job pack etc...
• Resource Management Experience
• Have Strong attention to detail and quality.

EXPERIENCE: 2 YEAR DEGREE OR 4 YEAR DEGREE
